Since 2016, the same passion for raw, quality ingredients
Le Petit Chardon was born from a simple desire: to serve generous cooking in a warm, unpretentious setting. Every morning, our chef selects ingredients at the market and creates the chalkboard menu of the day.
Here, we cook with local ingredients, work with producers from the region, and take the time to do things right.
